Partnerfully is an AI-powered marketplace that connects direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands with video creators for partnership opportunities. The Service allows creators to connect their social media accounts, build a profile, and be discovered by brands seeking content partnerships.

3. Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Social Media Account Connections

4.1 Authorization

When you connect a social media account (YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook), you authorize Partnerfully to access certain data from that platform as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any account at any time.

4.2 YouTube

By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of YouTube data complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

4.3 Instagram

By connecting your Instagram account, you agree to be bound by the Instagram Terms of Use and the Meta Platform Terms. Instagram connection requires an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.

4.4 Facebook

By connecting your Facebook account, you agree to be bound by the Facebook Terms of Service and the Meta Platform Terms.

5. Creator Obligations

As a creator on Partnerfully, you agree to:

• Only connect social media accounts that you own and have the authority to manage
• Provide accurate information about your content and audience
• Not misrepresent your follower counts, engagement rates, or other metrics
• Fulfill partnership commitments made through the platform in good faith
• Comply with all applicable advertising disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC guidelines)

6. Brand Obligations

As a brand on Partnerfully, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your company and campaigns
• Honor partnership terms agreed upon through the platform
• Make timely payments to creators as agreed
• Not misuse creator data obtained through the platform
• Comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our written consent
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Partnerfully and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or share through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Partnerfully shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any damages arising from partnerships formed through the platform.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
