2.2 YouTube Data
When you connect your YouTube account, we access the following through the YouTube API Services:
- Channel name and ID
- Channel profile picture
- Subscriber count
- Channel analytics (read-only)
Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time via your Google Account permissions.
2.3 Instagram Data
When you connect your Instagram account via Facebook Login, we access the following through the Instagram Graph API:
- Instagram username and display name
- Profile picture
- Follower count
- Media count
- Account insights (read-only)
Instagram connection requires an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
2.4 Facebook Data
When you connect your Facebook account, we access the following through the Facebook Graph API:
- Facebook profile name and ID
- Profile picture
- Pages you manage and their follower counts
Our use of Facebook and Instagram data is subject to the Meta Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time via your Facebook App Settings.

- Create and manage your creator profile on Partnerfully
- Display your public statistics (e.g., follower counts) to brands browsing the marketplace
- Match you with relevant brand partnership opportunities
- Verify your identity and social media presence

- Improve and develop our Service
4. How We Store and Protect Your Data
All access tokens from third-party platforms are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage. We do not store your social media passwords. Access tokens are used solely to retrieve the data described above and are stored in encrypted form in our database.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, row-level database security, and httpOnly cookies to protect your data during transit and at rest.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information in the following cases:
- With brands on the platform: Your public profile information (display name, profile picture, follower counts, content categories) is visible to brands using the marketplace. Access tokens and private account details are never shared.
- Service providers: We use third-party services (hosting, database, analytics) that may process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect any social media account at any time from your dashboard, which will delete the associated tokens and platform data from our systems.
To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at privacy@partnerfully.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
